Short and Sweet

Well I pretty much said it all last night. Today is day 3 of boot camp and luckily Jillian is giving me a day off from working out (woo hoo)! but unfortunatly Friday and Saturday are going to be rough. (mountain climbers, lunges, and crunches oh my!) I have my whole weekend planned out hour by hour. Saturday should be a nice day but other than that I'm going to be super busy. In fact I'm so busy I'm going to have to cut this post short. Whit good job on staying on track and you ARE a beautiful girl so believe that now! Next time we go work out I'll be your personal trainer and make you do one of Jillian's routines so you can see if you enjoy the pain she puts you through as much as I do.

On that note here is Jillian's tip of the day:
Take It On The Road You know the story — you go on vacation or a business trip and your exercise routine goes out the window. Well, it's time to break the cycle! Next time you're in a hotel room, look at it as an opportunity to change up your workout. Bench dips, lunges, squats, and push-ups don't require any special equipment. Many hotels have gyms and pools. If there's only a pool, do your strength-training exercises in the water for some extra resistance. If the hotel doesn't have any exercise facilities, do your homework — search the Internet for a gym nearby that offers day passes.
