Mopeah Speaking

I drove around all day looking for Jillians Making the Cut. It was sold out at all locations except the one all the way by lakeline. I've just begun reading through and I'm starting the routine tomrrow. The super bowl was fun. I didn't eat super healthy but I also didn't eat that much. It's been a fun weekend but I'm ready to get back into the swing of things and religiously live by Jillians book. Mom it sounds like you're doing great! I'm glad to see that dad is biking with you too...hoooow cute! I'd blog more but for now I'm busy reading. Just wanted to touch base and let everyone know that the mother daughter diet diary is always on my mind and this is still a priority. :-) Keep up the good work and here is

Jillians new tip of the day:

Not All Exercises Are Created Equal Doing any kind of physical activity is healthier than sitting on the couch downing chips. Activities like bowling, pick-up games of hoops, and golf burn calories. But to see dramatic weight loss, you must do cardiovascular exercise. "Cardiovascular" is defined as any activity that is rhythmic, continuous and requires large muscles, like the legs, back and chest. While bowling, basketball and golf get you moving, the action is "start and stop." There's no reason to give up such hobbies, just be aware that you must put in time on the treadmill as well.

And something else she said that I've been taking to heart: "Be proud of any success!"
Love you ladies,
Mopeah
