We had a great night tonight. I stayed true to my eating plan and walked during the halftime burning about 150 calories. And if that wasn't great enough, we WON $250 on a Superbowl pool. Incredible win with seconds to go, your dad gave up and walked out just before the interception and run back for a touchdown.

New week Ladies. I'm going for 3 lbs this week. I'm sticking to my eating and exercise plan. I lost 1 lb this week giving me a total of 16 lbs since I started "my new life" on Jan. 11. Even though the exercise was good this week, I know I made some food choice mistakes. But I've noticed so many successess 1) Loser clothing 2) More Energy 3) Saying No to Fried Food 4) Keeping a journal AND most important 5) Posting on the Mother/Daughter Diet blog. OK now I have 3 in a row... where are you guys. I hope that the lack of writing does not mean some temporary setbacks? And If so, it's ok... let's jump back on that pony (or in my case bike) and get going again...
