An example of not following plan: I planned on having a Lean Cuisine tonight, about 300 calories. But I just couldn't make myself eat another box meal having just consumed a Smart Ones Ravioli for lunch. Let's see - eggs are good cooked with no fat. Well, yes, eggs are good ONE egg or maybe even TWO eggs or maybe THREE eggs...did I stop there...(NO! Why do I do it?)...I had 5 Scrambled eggs ton
ight.I guessed that they were probably about 50 calories a piece. What I should have done was check out the calories BEFORE I ate them. Those little devils are 80 calories a piece. I was so mad at my miscalculations that I treadmilled for 35 minutes only to burn up 3 of those evil cholesterol-soaked death balls.
Tomorrow I will not stray from plan.
I'm feeling the momentum out there! Go Goss Girls (and Ward Girl if she's reading? wouldn't know since SHE NEVER BLOGS - where are you mom?) I had to show her where the site was again on Sunday. She even saved it to her Menu bar. AND she's getting back to healthy living too. Since she won't blog, let me tell you on Grandma's behalf that she is eating healthy starting last week and Walking regularly. Next week she plans to go back to her gym. Go Mom! I thank you all for your inspiration and encouragement. It's so easy to just give up and go back to old habits.

oh no 5 eggs! that's alot of protein I suppose. haha I had low-fat cottage cheese and a piece of whole wheat sprouted grain toast with splenda and cinnamon. (um rough stuff) Oh well 35 min. is great! You're doing awesome.
