
I'm now suffering from Chondromalacia - a fancy word for anterior knee pain as a result of my bike seat set too low, pedaling up hills in high gears and my wide hips. Great - I can fix two of those quickly but I'm afraid the hips will take a while. I didn't work out Sunday night hoping that the pain would subside.
Today I was determined to do an intense Treadmill workout for 30 minutes but the knee pain made it's appearance throughout the day when walking up and down steps to my office and getting up from my chair. I worried that this was going to kill my workout plan for the week and prayed it wouldn't be longer.
Woohoo! As soon as I began to Treadmill the throbbing knee pain slowly diminished until I forgot it was ever a problem. I normally walk for about 15 minutes at 2.9, then for 15 mins at 3.0, ending the last 10 minutes at 3.1 but tonight I walked for the entire 30 minutes at 3.2. It felt great - no pain at all, and no pain after the workout. Happy Days*******
I needed a good workout after hearing Lord Obama's Liberal sales job for his "porkulus" plan. I love how he blamed Banks for all the trouble we're now in - Let's not mention the pressure

Leah, you looked good this weekend - Miss Flat Tummy - but I hope you start to feel better so you can get back on that workout wagon. Take care of yourself.
I'm going to finish watching O'Reilly and Hannity. I don't know what I would do without these guys making some sense of all the Liberal jive talkin.
