Whitney and I just worked out at the apartment fitness room. It was nice but I was pretty bummed out because the free weights were locked up and those are a majority of the making the cut work out. So tomorrow i'm going to go by and see what the deal is with that and figure out the timing and everything. I didn't do anywhere close to a making the cut work out, but I did jog for thirty min. and I did all of the work outs I could do with out the weights. Like the summo lunges, mountain climbers, bicycle crunches, planks, bench dips, push ups ect. Yeah she keeps your body questioning whats coming next but no muscle goes untouched. Whitney I've definitly noticed a difference in your body from day one. (even from the other day!) You're seriously a great inspiration to me and I don't think I would be serious about this if not for you keeping me accountable for my work outs, so thank you!
My other inspiration is beyonce...I've decided I want my body to look just as awesome as hers. I know it's going to take some serious dedication and some serious pushing of my limits but I know if Beyonce can do it...so can I.
